We care about your shop and want you to create a successful online business. We are happy to answer any questions you have with setting up your theme and configuring the settings to match your unique brand.
You can submit your support requests on our contact page. We try to give a first response within 48 hours, but sometimes delays can be longer when we receive larger amount of customer requests.
The scope of the support includes the following
- General questions about theme functionality and technical capabilities.
- Help with setting up theme features and configuring the theme settings.
- Any bug or theme features that are not behaving like intended.
- Any Lightspeed eCom compatibility issues arising from a standard theme install.
What isn’t included in the theme support
- Modifying or customizing the existing features of the theme.
- Implementing updates you may have missed because you activated the code editor.
- Design changes or implementing your custom design.
- Setting up the theme for you and managing your content/products/images.
- Support and integration of third party services or apps.
We’re truly grateful to count you as a client, but unfortunately, we can’t provide a full-fledged web design agency services for free with the theme. What you purchase is the theme as-is with its current design, features, and future updates. However, if you have theme enhancement suggestions or new features you would like to see in the theme, feel free to reach out and we’ll consider each request. Most of the theme features come from your suggestions!
